Efficient logistics and replenishment management are crucial for financial institutions to ensure the continuous availability of cash in ATMs and branches while optimizing operational costs. To bridge this gap, I developed a real-time tracking and optimization system that enhances replenishment vehicle operations by integrating route optimization, dynamic load management, and real-time monitoring into a seamless web-based platform.

This system enables real-time tracking and management of replenishment and logistics vehicles, ensuring that cash is efficiently transported to ATMs and bank branches while minimizing costs. By combining spatial data analytics, vehicle routing optimization (VRP), and dynamic load balancing, the platform enhances operational efficiency and resource allocation.
